Need Immediate Shipping?
We sell many products from tons of different vendors. We allow our customers to purchase products even if they're not immediately in stock in our Levittown, PA location. Every product displays our availability as well as the delay time if you purchase the product and it's out of stock. We work hard to keep this information as accurate as possible!
We ship 90% of our items same or next day. We sell many varied and specialty items that may not ship immediately but are available.
We offer expedited shipping at checkout. Our cutoff time for an expedited order to go out same day is 12PM Eastern Standard Time. If you order after this time, your order will ship the next day.
Expedited shipping does not include Saturday or Sunday as a transit day.

Once an order ships, you will receive an automated email with a tracking #. If you don't see this email, please check your SPAM folder!
Tracking not showing enough information? When a label is generated, you won't see any details until an order is picked up for the day.
Does your item look delayed? The tracking information you see is the only information we have as well. Sometimes items get delayed or misrouted. We encourage you to contact you local post office and/or the post office where your order was last scanned.
Drop Shipped Items:
We drop ship some items from a variety of locations. Drop ship items typically ship same or next day and tracking information will be provided in most cases. Drop shipped items do not follow the same transit times rules as noted above.
Yes! We ship internationally every day. You are responsible for paying any taxes, duties, and/or customs fees charged by your government.
We cannot ship any item that contains an engine outside of the United States. We also cannot ship batteries or liquids.
We cannot guarantee delivery dates for international items.
Certain items are restricted from shipment to California. In our product information page, we note items that cannot ship to this state. If you place an order for a restricted item, we will cancel it.
Need to return a NEW COMPLETE item? No problem! Please contact us before sending a return for authorization and a label. We will deduct the cost of the label from your refund or you can use your own.

Electrical products and components cannot be returned under any circumstances! If you are unsure if an item is electrical, please contact us. More return exceptions are found at the bottom of this page.
What is a NEW COMPLETE item?
We only accept returns on new and complete items. Items must be returned in the same condition that they were received. If any attempt to install or mount the product is visible, it is not refundable. If any component of the item is missing, it is not refundable.
New products must be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund of the cost of the item(s).
Returns for damaged, used, installed, or incomplete items will not be refunded.
Refunds are for the cost of the products only.
Refunds for returns are processed within 2 business days of receipt of the item. It may take a few more days before the refund posts to your account. This is based on the policies of your bank or credit card.
Returns without paperwork including order number will be severely delayed and may not be processed. Please print the invoice that was emailed to you and include it with your return. If you do not have access to the email that was sent, please contact us and we will provide it.

Product issues must be reported within 15 days of delivery of the item. Please contact us right away to report the problem and we will take care of it.
If an item is returned with no report of a product issue, it will be handled as a standard return and be bound by the rules set forth in our return policy.
Drop Ship Returns: If the item was not shipped directly by us from Levittown, PA, you must contact us to obtain an RMA and information on where to send the product. Some drop ships CANNOT be returned. Products drop shipped will have 20% restocking fee.
