On the billet flywheel for the 420cc hemi, does it come with the starter ring? I'm gonna do the 275 cam, I'd love to have more lift but I heard there is a problem that could occur. Can you help me with what I need to do?

Please note that none of the billet flywheels have internal magnets for the lighting coils, which will need to be removed to install the flywheel
