Description
Fits the Honda GX200/Clone 196cc, Ducar 196/212cc, Tilltoson 196/212/225/235cc, Predator Ghost and Predator 224cc NON Hemi and Predator Hemi Engine
The Tri-Bearing Billet Sidecover for the GX200/Clone 196 and compatible engines has arrived. It has the attention to detail and good looks that have come to be expected of ARC's billet products. It features side-by-side dual ball bearings that support the crank and gives it another fulcrum point to help eliminate crankshaft flexing. It also incorporates a third single ball bearing for the camshaft to reduce drag and help eliminate wear, along with an integral o-ring around the perimeter in it's machined groove that guarantees a good seal. The Billet sidecover uses 4 solid pin receptacles mate with solid dowels to increase mating shear strength. The 2 venting holes along the top are tapped to accept 1/8" NPT Plugs for easy crankcase venting. There are 2 oil fill ports with custom billet ARC aluminum hand tighten o-ringed plugs. Another useful feature is the threaded holes over the side dowel-pins so that small bolts (included) can be used to push the side cover for easy removal. Chain guard mounting hole thread size M8X1.25mm.

WILL NOT WORK WITH OEM BOLT ON STARTER.

***use 14-16oz of oil in most applications***
***Some of the newer Predator Hemi and 212cc blocks will not have proper size dowel holes at the top and bottom of the block. You will need to drill them to proper size if you want all 4 dowels in the sidecover***
*** IMPORTANT*** Due to variations in blocks, you may find that the side cover is not quite lining up with all four dowel pins. Try removing the bottom dowel pin if you encounter difficulty.
Will Not fit old style Harbor Freight Greyhound or Predator 212 Non Hemi engine.
