Hilliard Extreme Duty Clutch

Received clutch today it comes apart in 2 pieces never seen a clutch like this. Always seen in one piece?
The
Hilliard 3/4" bore clutches are a 2 piece design. That is why that clutch includes the bolt and washer for the end of the crank. That is needed to hold the clutch on the crank and keep the two pieces from moving apart.
